Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  

Orders shipped out on Saturday are for subscribers ONLY

Once your order has been processed and shipped, You will receive your merchandise from 5-7 business days

For Express Shipping, orders will be ship within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.

International orders are shipped via USPS

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather or holidays.

You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. 

We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.

Once your product has been shipped and is in the hand of USPSAlamòd is not responsible of any lost, stolen or damage merchandise. 

FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGE PACKAGE PLEASE PUT A CLAIM IN WITH USPS HERE

Wrong Address/ Rerouted Packages 

*If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned back to us there will be a reshipment fee of $7.99 USD due prior to reshipment. 

*If an address error is made please email us as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation email. Once orders are shipped no changes can be made.

*Once the item is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes HERE

*If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office. 

*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
